VIAS or VIVERE Integrated Attendance System is a mobile apps which used by VIVEREs employees for daily attendance include Head Office, Project, and Daily employees.

The main features of VIAS VIVERE are as following:
1. Clock In
Date, time, and location documentation when doing the attendance. In one day, employees can do more than one clock in.

2. Clock Out
Date, time, and location documentation when doing the closing attendance. In one day, employees can also do more than one clock out.

3. Sub Cont(Sub-Contractor) attendance
Project, client company, and total subcont documentation process when subcont employee does the attendance. Sub con attendance can be done after the employee(supervisor) clocked in.

4. Setting Server
IP server change process corresponding with database which currently used.

5. Lock GPS
Clock in validation matching with radius coordinate which already settled in backend. Every location radius is different depends on parameter setting in backend. Lock GPS validation setting on every employee is done in backend.

6. Camera Photo
Clock in validation with photo from camera device. Camera photo validation setting on every employee is done in backend.

7. Scan Barcode/ QR Code
Clock in validation with barcode/QR CODE scan. Barcode/QR CODE scan validation setting on every employee is done in backend.

8.Send worker location coordinate to system
Documentation process of coordinate location point of every employee to the system automatically within determined time interval. Time interval parameter and coordinate point setting of every employee are arranged in backend.

9.Offline Mode
If device doesnt get any internet connection, attendance application is still running in offline mode. Clock in, clock out, sub con attendance, and sub con history list can be done in offline mode. Offline mode setting of every employee is done in backend.

Note:
1. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
